There are only 30.1 hours on it, it is like new, extremely clean, always garage kept, no signs of wear, oil change every Spring It drives and cuts better than my old John Deere twin, it is faster in both forward and reverse, and is much easier to start. Purchased in 08 then sold my house in June 09 and just completed building a new home. Has only been used twice this year, I've moved up to a large zero turn and no longer need the Cub. A never used Cub Cadet cover is included, along with owners manual and original receipt, it may still be under warranty.
